The register extract will then be sent to the registered address. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments on the report

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor's IP address and user agent string to help detect spam messages.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also known as a hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. Contact form

Personal data submitted in the contact form will be processed in the same way as other personal data in order to handle enquiries in the contact form.

Cookie files

If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookie files. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in this information again the next time you post a comment. These cookie files are valid for one year.
