Here you will get a beneficial and relaxing duo treatment to increase the metabolism and cleanse the lymphatic system and soften stiff muscles and joints.
The treatment begins with Garshan, a stimulating full-body massage performed with raw silk mittens.
Garshan (often called 'dry brushing') is an Ayurvedic lymphatic massage that helps to remove various toxins. In Sanskrit, garshan means "friction by rubbing".
Garshan purifies the lymphatic system and increases fat burning while improving both digestion and metabolism. It promotes circulation and counteracts cellulite and fatigue. It nourishes the mind and nervous system and alkalises the blood, helping to eliminate stagnant impurities for a radiant complexion.
After the gasha, abhyanga begins, which is a soft Ayurvedic full-body massage with fragrant warm organic oil. The treatment is performed with systematic soothing, sweeping movements and with a relatively light pressure and is deeply relaxing for both body and mind.
The treatment is invigorating for the nervous system and circulation and contributes to increased vitality. Muscles and joints are softened, which makes the massage particularly suitable for stress, stiffness and cold. The heat, oil and movements cleanse the body of waste products and balance the lymphatic and endocrine systems.
When the massage is finished, you will lie down for a while with heating pads so that the oil (which is a powerful antioxidant in itself) can penetrate even deeper into the body. In tissues beneath the skin, the oil neutralises free radicals and helps skin become more vital and youthful.
The massage takes place in silence in a heated relaxing environment.
